Do Not Sell My Personal Information and Other Privacy Rights Requests

This disclosure explains how California residents can exercise their privacy rights under California law, which include the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information and to know, access, correct, and delete their personal information.  

There are exceptions to these rights, and in some cases we may need to verify your identity before we process your request as explained more below. Additional information is available here.

Agents:  California residents may authorize another individual or a business registered with the California Secretary of State, called an authorized agent, to make requests on their behalf.  

Responses to your requests:  Details about how we process and respond to your requests are in our Privacy Policy.  There may be a reason why we do not have to comply with your request.  If that is the case, we will explain that to you in our response.

Verification: We will verify your identity before responding to your request, except for requests to stop selling your personal information.   For requests to stop selling your personal information, we only need enough information from you to process your request.  For other requests, we verify your identity by asking you to provide personal identifiers that we can match against information we collected from you previously.  We may need to follow up with you to request more information to verify identity.  

We will not use personal information we collect in connection with verifying or responding to your request for any purpose other than responding to your request.
